Creative Thinking

Creative thinking is the ability to come up innovative ideas, approaches or solutions. Creative thinkers have the ability to generate a variety and range of new ideas. Organisations or institutions are looking for people who are skilled in creative thinking, these employees are unbelievably valuable when the company is in need of innovate ideas to solve a problem (Kaplan, 2022).
Creative thinking in the workplace involves:
1. Hosting brainstorming opportunities to comprehend ideas related to a project.
2. Evaluating processes and noting areas that could be improved.
3. Finding creative ways to attract and gain prospective customers.
4. Recognising unique opportunities to market the company and generating ideas for this to occur.
5. Determining a novel way to compute the success of a product or service that the company offers and using the learnings to improve the product or service.

It is important that I develop Creative thinking because it will help me generate innovative ideas for problems that I may encounter.
