After my mid-year self-reflection I realised that I need to find daily habits to help me with building self-confidence in my abilities. This artifacts gave my ideas that i could easily implement in my busy student schedule.

Tips to increase self-esteem:
Morning Gratitude: Start the day by listing five things to be grateful for. This shifts focus to positive aspects of life and fosters appreciation.
Mindful Meditation: Dedicate a few minutes daily to mindfulness meditation. Find a quiet place, close the eyes, and concentrate on the breath. This helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.
Daily Affirmations: Write positive affirmations that resonate. Repeat them each morning to reinforce positive beliefs about oneself and capabilities.
Journaling: Spend time journaling thoughts and feelings daily. This reflection helps in understanding experiences, gaining clarity, and processing emotions, aiding in self-discovery and growth.
